Motherly feeling

Have you ever gotten attached to a fictional character before? like not crush more like this is my child, my sweet little angel? Well today I have got one. out of all the characters I could have a strong motherly attachment, it has to be Ciel like why?! What did I do?!
It's kinda weird because I mostly draw stuff like this. (below)
